(Updated by Axver, 27/11) And then there were three: after beginning the fifth leg of the Vertigo Tour with five songs from How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb in the setlist, the count slipped to four due to Yahweh's disappearance after just two shows, and at the second show in Auckland, Love And Peace Or Else made way for Bad, lowering the number of Atomic Bomb songs to three, a record low amount of songs from the most recent album in U2's history. Furthermore, this means that Love And Peace Or Else has lost its distinction of being performed at every show since its debut, reducing that total too to three for Atomic Bomb: Vertigo, Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own, and City Of Blinding Lights. The only other songs to be played at every full tour show since their debut are One, Beautiful Day, Elevation, and because it is so new to the setlist, The Saints Are Coming.

The disappearance of Love And Peace Or Else was not the only surprise in the setlist. Walk On re-appeared, but not in the full band form that was played at the Brisbane and first Sydney shows, but in the acoustic form that was performed at some third leg dates last year. Kite failed to make the setlist for the first time on the fifth leg; instead, the last song played in New Zealand was One Tree Hill. Like the night before, Bono also included references to New Zealand, including a snippet of I Got You by legendary Kiwi band Split Enz during Elevation.
