Most ticket systems are able to hold the tickets at least for a few minutes while entering data.

@welshevs75 I understand people were emailed. There’s a thread on the http://U2.com forums for people wrongfully cancelled.
@welshevs75 Some were cancelled in US Ticketmaster account. No email notification.
@welshevs75 Ticket cancellation has already happened to some people, inc two diff people using diff codes but with same billing address.
@welshevs75 The system doesn’t stop you from using over your allocation at time of purchase, but later the tix will be cancelled.

@kevinrobers Sometimes there were fanclub presales for extra dates, other times not. Hard to know which will happen this time.
There are obviously extra gigs to be announced, e.g. prob 2 in London. But when will they drop? That’s the question everybody’s wondering.
